Dacapo Records is Denmark's national record label for classical and new composition music. Since 1989, we have released more than 800 CDs, DVDs and digital albums, primarily featuring music by Danish composers. Our catalog includes everything from the earliest Baroque works to the newest contemporary music that challenges and expands the musical landscape.

Dacapo Records is dedicated to supporting Danish music life – not only by releasing music that would otherwise not be available on the regular market, but also by promoting Danish composers internationally. This requires that we meet the highest international standards, and we therefore take pride in the high quality of our releases through critically acclaimed collaborations with the best Danish and Nordic artists as well as top international ensembles such as the Vienna Philharmonic, the New York Philharmonic, the Lapland Chamber Orchestra and the Kronos Quartet.
