It brings together works from Johann Bernhard and Johann Ludwig Bach much admired by their cousin Johann Sebastian Bach and Zelenka, Fasch and Telemann, all of whom gave remarkable contributions to this form with beautiful melodies, rhythmic energy and fine contrapuntal artistry.
