BRUCKNER: Symphony No. 6 - Orchestre Métropolitain, Nezet-Seguin

Following his Felix award-winning recording of Bruckner's Symphony No. 4 with the Orchestre Metropolitain, Yannick Nezet-Seguin turns to the Austrian master's Symphony No. 6. This CD marks the fifth Bruckner symphony recorded on the ATMA label by the Orchestre Metropolitain under the direction of Nezet-Seguin.

Artistic director and principal conductor of the Orchester Métropolitain since 2000, Yannick Nézet-Séguin is one of the most sought-after conductors in the world. In September 2012, he became Music Director of the prestigious Philadelphia Orchestra. This position is in addition to that of Music Director of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra where he succeeded Valery Gergiev in 2008. Since that same year, he has also been Principal Guest Conductor of the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
