Liszt: Recital - Jianna Fialkowska

To mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of Franz Liszt, Janina Fialkowska offers a very personal selection of Liszt's piano pieces including Bénédiction de Dieu dans la solitude, taken from the cycle Harmonies poétiques et naturelles and seductive piano transcriptions by Liszt inspired by compositions by Chopin and Gounod.

Janina Fialkowska is regularly invited by the most prestigious orchestras in North America, Europe and Asia. She has performed with conductors such as Charles Dutoit, Bernard Haitink, Lorin Maazel, Zubin Metha, Sir Roger Norrington, Sir Georg Solti, Leonard Slatkin and many others.
